Ian Hodgkinson is a retired Canadian professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, Vampiro. Hodgkinson started his wrestling career in the late 1980s in Canada with the Northern Championship Wrestling promotion and later worked for various promotions in Japan and Mexico. He gained mainstream attention during his time in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in the late 1990s where he became a popular and controversial figure.
In addition to his wrestling career, Hodgkinson has worked as a booker, commentator, and actor. He has also been an advocate for wrestlers' rights and has appeared in documentaries about the wrestling industry. Since retiring from wrestling, Hodgkinson has focused more on his career as a music video director and has directed videos for bands such as Korn and Marilyn Manson.
